Our Appointment Secretary will make appointments and answer general questions for you. Questions regarding insurance and other business matters will be directed to the appropriate person.
If you have a medical question, your call will be referred to your doctor's nurse who can arrange for medication refills and help answer your questions. Your nurse will discuss medical problems with your doctor, then give you advice on your problem. The doctors are unable to answer all patient phone calls right away. If your call is transferred to voice mail, or a message is taken before 4 p.m., it will generally be returned by the end of the next business day, except Saturdays. For Rx refills, please allow 48 hours.
Please do not call to request a telephone diagnosis and treatment for new illnesses. This is potentially hazardous - a physical examination is usually required.
